1. Can I change my delivery address ?

If your parcel has not yet been packed in the warehouse, we may change your delivery address. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with the new address details. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

We urge you to still contact our Customer Support team and we shall look into this for you.

2. When will my order be dispatched ?

We ship all orders between Mondays through Saturdays excluding National Holidays.so you can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 days of placing your order.

3. Can you expedite my product on priority?

If you’d like to expedite your order, get in touch with our customer support team. We’ll check with our logistics partner and provide you with an update. P.S.- This only applies to prepaid orders.

4. Can I cancel my order ?

We only provide store credits for paid orders. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

5. I have ordered the wrong size; can I change this?

If your order has not yet been dispatched and we have the correct size available, we may be able to amend this for you. All you need to do is contact our Customer Service Team and they will be able to look into this for you.

6. I haven't received a confirmation email, can you check this for me?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email of your order, then please double-check the information you used when submitting the order. If all information is correct then please check your spam folder to locate this email before contacting us.
